Roché’s practice focus is on psycho-educational, cognitive and psychological assessment in children, adolescents and adults. She received her Masters degree in Psychology at the University of South Africa in 2000, and is currently in the process of completing her Doctorate degree. As a psychologist and HR professional, Roché understands the optimal functioning requirements in school, work and home settings. She assists individuals in gaining a better understanding about opportunities and challenges related to intellectual functioning, psychological, mental health and related behaviour. These include anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, ODD, giftedness, career assessment, workstyle or talent assessment, study and workplace accommodations. She has worked, lived and travelled in different countries with a deep appreciation of diverse cultures and lifestyles. Her goal is for each person to embrace their uniqueness in building a healthy and meaningful life.
